The trackball computer mouse often gets less responsive as time goes on, luckily there is a simple way to get them back to top working condition. It is such an easy fix anyone can do it!
Instructions
Things You’ll Need:
1 paper clip
Step 1 Turn your trackball computer mouse upside down and use your fingers to rotate the disk that surrounds the trackball. There are usually arrows on the disk to indicate the direction that you should spin, but if not, it will almost always be counterclockwise.
Step 3 Now that you can see into the mouse, all you have to do is use the paperclip to remove the gray or black furry gunk from all three of the wheels inside the body of the trackball computer mouse. Wash the trackball with soapy water and dry thoroughly. Now put your mouse back together, and it should be working just like the day you bought it!
Tips & Warnings
Make sure that you spin all of the wheels within the trackball mouse so that you can remove all of the gunk from them.
